How can I get a quote? or schedule an appointment?
You can request a quote or appointment by calling us during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM. You can also fill out a form for an appointment. Please describe your issue in detail, and include pictures if necessary.
Why am I asked to fill out a form for a quote or appointment request?
The submission form allows us to better assist you at your convenience and in a more personalized manner. We will be able to contact you more efficiently with any questions regarding the issue you are experiencing or for future custom requests. Additionally, obtaining a clear record of the specific work you are looking to get done will help streamline the process for everyone involved. What is your warranty policy?
While we take great pride in our work and dedication to quality, we want to ensure that you, as our valued customer, are thoroughly satisfied with the work we have done for you. On the day your trailer drives off the lot, you will have a 30-day period to evaluate and determine if you are completely satisfied with our craftsmanship and service. After the 30 days have passed, we will assume that you are content and satisfied with the work we have completed for you.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes! We are pleased to inform you that we have our own in-house payment plan, which we can present to you conveniently at the time of payment. Since all jobs must be paid at the time of service, we have developed a thoughtful plan that will better assist our clients in managing their payments and ensure they can get back on the road as soon as possible.
